New nRF24LU1 board on the way...

Hey guys. Sorry for the delay, but I've been pretty busy making a layout for the new nRF24LU1 chip from Nordic. I have sent the board off to have some prototype PCBs made (12 for the first run in case I made some mistakes in the schematic/layout). For all of you guys that are interested, I have published the schematic and layout. Hopefully I will be selling these guys once I get them up and working properly.

Edit: I now have nRF24LU1 breakout boards for sale at http://store.diyembedded.com!

Hello,
Great site!

Please let me know if you could post a list of what a beginner needs (hardware and software) to get started and if any are available for free.

Thank you.

Thanks! Once I get this done, you shouldn't need much more than a DC wall-wart and a parallel cable. Unfortunately, I won't be offerring any for free. Sorry!

Hello , great website!
I think that the nrf24LU1 is the ideal Radio chipset to use in embedded systems (low cost and Mid range). Now I'm working on the Developpement kit of 24lu1 (and the USB refernce Design) and I want to program the CDC profile descriptor (to communicate with virtual port COM).
someone can Help ?

Regards
